WISeR introduces a new operational challenge for providers in six model states: understanding whether a service may be in scope, preparing the right documentation, tracking time-sensitive work, and handing a case to the correct official channel.

WISeRly brings that preparation work into one traceable workspace. This walkthrough uses entirely synthetic information. No real patient data or protected health information is shown.

Staff create a synthetic case and record the facts that drive preparation: state, date of service, Original Medicare status, service code, place of service, exclusions, and the applicable rule package. Preparation checks compare those inputs with controlled rules and available synthetic evidence. Potential gaps are shown as findings, with source context and a suggested human action.

Staff remain responsible for verifying every result against current CMS publications and the assigned WISeR participant's instructions. The workspace helps reviewers track preparation status, outstanding tasks, deadlines, and the owner of the next action. Official submission still occurs through the authorized participant channel.
