NOT MEDICAL ADVICE: WISeRly is a software-as-a-service compliance and documentation analysis tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. WISeRly is not a substitute for the professional judgment of a licensed healthcare provider.

1. Software & AI Disclaimer

WISeRly uses rule-based preparation checks and may use optional artificial-intelligence suggestions where identified. Outputs, including risk indicators and recommendations, are decision-support tools only. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Users must independently verify all outputs and exercise their own professional judgment. WISeRly does not guarantee:

  • Approval of any prior authorization request
  • Accuracy of risk scores in every clinical scenario
  • Completeness of regulatory citations or coverage
  • Compatibility with every payer's specific requirements

2. Not FDA Cleared

WISeRly is administrative preparation software. It has not been reviewed, cleared, or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and does not claim a particular FDA regulatory classification or safe harbor. It is not intended for diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease. Qualified users must independently review every output.

3. Regulatory Disclaimer

WISeRly's compliance analysis is based on our interpretation of federal regulations including 38 CFR (Department of Veterans Affairs), EPSDT (Medicaid Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic, and Treatment), CMS WISeR Model requirements, and HL7 FHIR R5 standards as of the date of analysis. Regulations change. WISeRly:

  • Does not provide legal or regulatory advice
  • Does not guarantee compliance with any specific regulation
  • Does not represent any government agency
  • Recommends users consult an appropriately qualified professional for specific compliance questions

4. Performance Claims Disclosure

WISeRly does not publish a verified customer count or claim verified beta outcomes. It does not guarantee authorization, coverage, payment, coding correctness, processing time, implementation time, savings, approval rate, or denial reduction. Any customer-specific projection must be identified as an estimate based on customer-supplied assumptions and is not a promised result.

5. Healthcare Provider Responsibility

The healthcare provider remains the responsible party for:

  • Clinical decisions, diagnosis, and treatment plans
  • Accuracy and completeness of clinical documentation
  • Final review and submission of prior authorization requests
  • Compliance with payer-specific requirements
  • Patient consent and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices
  • Coding accuracy (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
  • Billing decisions and claim submission

6. WISeR Model & CMS Disclaimer

WISeRly is an independent private commercial product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), or any government agency. WISeRly is not an official WISeR participant. References to the "WISeR Model" describe the CMS model; WISeRly provides preparation results, not official determinations. CMS publications and official participant instructions remain authoritative.

7. Third-Party Trademarks

Stripe and any other third-party names referenced are trademarks of their respective owners. Reference does not imply endorsement, partnership, or an implemented integration.

8. Forward-Looking Statements

Statements about future product features, market expansion, integrations, or financial projections are forward-looking. Actual outcomes may differ materially due to market conditions, technical challenges, regulatory changes, and other factors. WISeRly undertakes no obligation to update forward-looking statements.

9. Beta & Pilot Program Disclaimer

The FIRST10 pilot program provides 45 days of Enterprise-tier access. Pilot participation does not guarantee continued service availability, feature stability, or specific outcomes. Pilot terms automatically convert to a paid Corp Pro subscription unless cancelled before the conversion date. Beta features marked as such may change or be discontinued without notice.

Information on this website is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, content may contain errors, become outdated, or be revised. Customers should rely on signed contractual documents (Order Form, BAA, Terms of Service) rather than marketing materials for binding obligations.

11. Security Disclaimer

Account safeguards are described in the current Security page and Technical and Security Statement. WISeRly does not claim SOC 2 certification, completed HIPAA compliance, a specific end-to-end encryption design, MFA availability, or 24/7 monitoring without supporting current evidence. PHI intake is disabled pending required agreements and safeguards.

12. Testimonials & Case Studies

WISeRly does not publish unverified testimonials or case studies. Any future testimonial must be authentic, authorized, and accompanied by disclosures required by law.

13. Geographic Availability

The Service is intended for organizations operating in the United States. No state module is represented as independently validated or as a substitute for current CMS, participant, payer, or jurisdictional instructions.

14. Affiliate & Reseller Disclosure

WISeRly may engage authorized resellers, referral partners, or affiliates. Compensation arrangements with these partners do not affect customer pricing as published in current Order Forms. Any compensated endorsement on social media or third-party content will be disclosed in compliance with FTC guidelines.
